Steven Warwick : VISTA ( KATE BUSH IN THE STYLE OF ORLANDO) is the second part of Warwick’s new VISTA performance series. VISTA is understood as an extended mental view and delves into his research and interest into the formation and appeal of conspiracies as well as how one navigates meaning in contemporary on and offline landscapes. In this staging, a shadowy silhouette figure resembling an iTunes commercial claims to be Kate Bush, mimicking a monologue with real time delay and recalls how they developed the wireless headset microphone, which in turn led to the genesis of the song ” Running Up That Hill”.
It has been performed at InfoKino Basel and Kunstverein Hamburg, Summer 2026.
